Terms and conditions

This website grants you non-exclusive limited licence to use products sold through this website (shop.webaware.com.au) by WebAware Pty Ltd (“WebAware”) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

WebAware reserves the right to change or modify the current Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

Licensing

All products are licensed under the GNU general public licence. A copy of the licence can be obtained from the following website: www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html

Delivery

After we have successfully processed your payment, you will receive an email with the download link and support licence key. This might take up to one hour to arrive, but usually happens within minutes of placing the order. If you do not receive an email within an hour of your purchase, please contact us. You may then login to the website to receive support, and to access any downloads available with your purchase.

Software updates and support

When you purchase a product from this website, you will receive a licence key that provides access to free software updates and support for one year from the date of purchase. Software updates will be available as automatic updates in the WordPress dashboard, or may be downloaded from your account page. Support will be provided through the support system on the website.

After one year, you will need to purchase a new licence to continue receiving support and product upgrades. The software will continue to work without a new licence, but product updates and support won’t be available.

Licence holders cannot distribute, freely give away, or resell their licence key. The licence key is only transferable by contacting us and requesting an official transfer of the licence to a new owner. The licence is intended to be used on the licence holder’s web site(s). Client site usage is permitted in situations where the licence holder maintains an ongoing relationship with the client as a consultant.

Refund policy

We will consider a refund within the first 30 days of your purchase, if you are unable to get the product to install properly on your website or if the product fails to perform the basic functions as designed. Before a refund will be granted, you must allow us to try and help solve any problem you have by opening a support ticket. Refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of WebAware Pty Ltd.

NB: by purchasing a product from this website, you agree to the terms of the Refund Policy. Please ensure that the product you are purchasing provides the functionality you require by reviewing the product demonstration websites before purchase.

Transactional emails

We may on occasion send you email notifications related to your product licence. These transactional emails may include notification of licensing changes, changes to our terms and conditions, licence expiration notices and other transactional emails related to your purchase. By purchasing a product from this website, you agree to receive these transactional emails.

Warranty

Our products are guaranteed to function on a clean installation of WordPress and with the default WordPress themes. We do not guarantee they will function with all 3rd party plugins and themes, or with all web browsers. We are not responsible for any plugin or theme compatibility conflicts that may occur. It is our policy to support our products as best we can and we will provide support for 3rd party conflicts at our discretion or as time allows. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur as a result of installing our products.

Where a WebAware product has a dependency on a 3rd party product, our product will work with the latest release version of the 3rd party product and will receive periodic upgrades to maintain compatibility with the 3rd party product while there are active licence keys for our product.

Acceptance

By purchasing our product(s) you indicate that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions detailed on this page.
