Gravity Forms eWAY Pro v1.9.0 has just been released. This release fixes merge tags in resent notifications; sends the option value from radio button products to eWAY; allows reference fields to map to the transaction number; and supports reverse proxy headers for Customer IP address.
Resent notifications, Gravity PDF
Since version 1.8.0, merge tags in resent notifications and in Gravity PDF attachments were not processed. This has now been fixed, and the fix applies to legacy entries as well.
Product fields with radio buttons
When mapping Product fields with radio buttons to eWAY fields, the price portion of the field was being sent. This version changes the behaviour so that the radio button value is sent instead.
Customer Invoice Reference and Transaction Reference
The Customer Invoice Reference and Transaction Reference fields can now map to the generated transaction number, used as a unique transaction reference. These fields show up in MYeWAY and can be useful for reconciliations.
Customer IP address
The customer IP address sent to eWAY now supports some widely used proxy headers, allowing websites behind proxy servers like nginx to more accurately report the customer’s real IP address for Beagle fraud detection. Developers who need to specify the IP address can now also hook the gfeway_customer_ip filter hook to set the IP address.
