Gravity Forms Address Enhanced v1.2.0 adds support for non-standard WooCommerce codes; adds states and provinces for another 20 countries; and updates the list of provinces in Italy.
WooCommerce state and province codes
WooCommerce saves customer addresses to the WordPress profiles using codes for the states and provinces, for some countries. The problem is, whilst the lists for some countries have followed the ISO standard (3166-2 subdivisions), many have not. Even then, it doesn’t have a regular format even for the countries where it uses the ISO standard codes, and it also has some anomalies.
This is why we only supported 17 countries in previous versions. We now accommodate WooCommerce’s irregular coding structure, which has allowed us to add support for more countries.

Provinces of Italy
Italy restructured some provinces in Sardinia in 2016, and WooCommerce has recently incorporated those changes into its list of provinces for Italy. We’ve done the same, to maintain compatibility and to ensure that we’re compliant with the ISO standard.

Removed (merged into other provinces):
- Medio Campidano
- Carbonia-Iglesias
- Ogliastra
- Olbia-Tempio
