GF Windcave Free 2.5.0 has just been released. This release replaces deprecated paymentexpress.com endpoints with windcave.com endpoints; adds a filter hook; requires PHP 7.4+.

Minimum requirements

This version requires PHP 7.4 or later, although the recommended version is PHP 8.1 or later.

Endpoints

The old API endpoints for Payment Express have now been replaced with endpoints on windcave.com. Windcave have deprecated the Payment Express endpoints, and have removed the old sandbox endpoint.

Filter hook for timeout

Windcave permits setting the timeout for the hosted payment page. By default, it’s 72 hours. This release adds a filter hook gfdpspxpay_options which can be used to the the Opt field sent to Windcave for a new transaction. Please see the Windcave API documentation for details.
