Gravity Forms Address Enhanced v1.31.1 has been released. It fixes partial translations that were missing strings in WordPress 6.5+.

WordPress 6.5 .l10n.php translation files for partial translations were broken in v1.30.1, due to a bug in GlotPress and wp-cli. My fault for not properly testing this; everything looked great in fully translated locales, but I didn’t check partial translations. I’ve updated the build tools and rebuilt the .l10n.php files which has fixed the problem.
