Gravity Forms Address Enhanced v1.24.2

Gravity Forms Address Enhanced v1.24.2 has been released. It fixes a fatal error on Gravity Forms 2.4 or earlier; fixes a bug where the gf_address_enhanced_state merge tag was showing for some new signups; is compatible with Gravity Forms 2.7.

Fatal error on Gravity Forms 2.4 or earlier

Version 1.24.0 introduced a new feature, Smart Required Fields, which changes with Address subfields are required depending on which country is selected. This uses a feature of Gravity Forms introduced in version 2.5. Sites still running Gravity Forms 2.4 or earlier were getting a fatal error; this has been fixed, but Smart Required Fields will only work with Gravity Forms 2.5 or later.

gf_address_enhanced_state merge tag

For the User Registration add-on to preload Address fields with data from WooCommerce profiles, I do a little chicanery with Gravity Forms merge tags. This is normally invisible, but due to a bug, one of the merge tags was visible in forms loaded by some new signups. Now fixed.

Gravity Forms 2.7

Gravity Forms 2.7 will soon be released, and amongst its changes there are some new CSS classes used in the HTML of complex fields like the Address field. GF Address Enhanced 1.24.2 now adds those CSS classes for custom layouts, e.g. when the country selector is at the top of the Address field, but only on GF 2.7 or later.
