Easy Digital Downloads Free Link v1.0.4 has just been released, with a fix for free downloads being added to the cart.

Some free Downloads weren’t getting the Download button, due a bug getting the link to the download file. When the list wasn’t indexed from 0, no file was detected so the Download button didn’t show. This is now fixed.

Support for the edd_requested_file filter hook has been added, so that plugins can change the URL used to access the download file.

Settings have been moved to a subsection called EDD Free Link under Extensions. This should help reduce clutter in the Easy Digital Downloads settings pages.

Completed translations will no longer be included in the .zip file, and will now be delivered automatically as language packs when required. The existing translation files (Hungarian, Norwegian) will be kept in the .zip file until they have been completed in the translation system.
